Character level (1–50)
Your Mechanic levels up from raids and clears. The milestone outfits tell the story: Sparkle Prism at level 10, Shiny Prism at 30, and Heartbeat Prism at 50 — which is the cap. Leveling also feeds gadget-part development, so it's never wasted.
Hideout ship level (1–3)
Upgraded at the Great Salmon Mess Hall. Ship level 2 unlocks the Red Paradise outfit, level 3 the Purple Paradise outfit, and a higher ship level expands what you can build and develop back at the hideout. It's worth pushing early because it compounds into everything else.
Weapon levels & power swaps
Weapons gain levels from use and from scrap. Push a weapon to +5 or higher for the Checkmate Punk outfit, and a single weapon-power swap unlocks Crimson Punk. Weapon upgrade costs climb every level, so try all three tanks before committing rare materials to any of them — see the best build guide for which to prioritize.
Title rank
Your title rank boosts Spirhalite Shard gain by up to +100%. Raise it by clearing dens and dungeons. A useful trick: excavating 70% of a big crystal can double a run's rewards, so aim for that threshold instead of draining it completely.
Fastest ways to level
- Temprah Den (Ferdi Island) — about 7,200 EXP normal, 17,900 on Spicy, and 55,600 on Super Spicy per run. Single spawn point, so funnel everything with AoE.
- Snacking Dungeons — each first clear pays one Skill Point; sweep them all before grinding anything else.
- Super Spicy everything — best XP and the Clairvoyant Bot Pro outfit, plus better Gadget Part drops (5-star weapons only come from Super Spicy content, so the heat gates the top end).
